Privacy notice
SPRITE SHEET DOCTOR
The editor processes the images and project files you open locally on your device. It does not upload them to us. Visiting the site still involves normal hosting requests to Firebase.
Your artwork and projects
Images, animation settings, and edits are held in the running browser workspace. Save project and Export create files for you to download; a saved project or export may contain your artwork. There is no account or server-side project storage and no automatic project backup. Closing or reloading the page can lose unsaved work. Your browser may cache the app’s static files.
Hosting and request data
Google Firebase Hosting delivers this site. Google receives technical request data, including IP addresses, when your browser requests pages and app files. Firebase documents using Hosting IP addresses to detect abuse and provide usage analysis, and retaining those IP addresses for a few months. See Firebase’s privacy information for its handling of service data. This hosting data is separate from your artwork; the editor does not send image contents or project files in those requests.
Analytics, cookies, and payments
This release has no app analytics SDK, advertising pixels, session replay, crash reporting service, account login, or app-set tracking cookies. Hosting can still produce operational logs and usage metrics. We have not configured a custom request-log export for this site. There is no checkout or payment collection in the app.
Contact and optional services
This app has no embedded contact form. Its contact links open your email application. If you email adomasolutions@gmail.com, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to send through email providers, including Gmail. We use that information to respond, arrange a requested service, and keep necessary business records. Only attach artwork you intend to share. Local editor use does not send an email or share your artwork.
We keep correspondence while it is needed for your request and related records. You can ask us to delete it; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes. Email attachments are outside the local-only editor workflow.
Other sites and your choices
The main Adoma Studio website and other linked services have their own data practices. You can use this editor without contacting us. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us, email adomasolutions@gmail.com. We will update this notice if the app’s data handling changes.
