Product terms

These terms apply to Sprite Sheet Doctor, a free beta tool provided by Adoma Studio. By using the tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the tool

You may use the editor and its exports for personal or commercial projects. You must have the rights or permission needed for any artwork you process, share, or distribute. You keep ownership of your artwork and project files. These terms do not grant rights to third-party artwork or override licenses that apply to assets or software dependencies.

Save and check your work

This is beta software and may contain errors or change over time. Keep original files and download your saved projects. Check crops, animation timing, generated code, and exports in your target game before relying on them. Diagnostics help identify problems but cannot guarantee correct results. The tool does not provide cloud backups.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tool is provided as available, without warranties of fitness, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output. Adoma Studio is not responsible for loss of unsaved work or losses caused by reliance on beta output to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Paid cleanup and future products

The browser editor is free during this beta. Asking for a cleanup quote creates no payment obligation. Any paid service requires a separate written agreement covering files, deliverables, price, revisions, timing, and cancellation or refund terms before work begins. A planned Flame starter kit is not currently offered for purchase. Any later paid features or products will show their price and terms before purchase.

Acceptable use and changes

Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may update or discontinue beta features. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date and apply going forward.
